How do I reset or change my password?

You can reset your password from the Booost login page, or change your password in the ‘Account’ view from within the app.

To reset your password

1. Open the Booost app or webapp.
2. Click ‘Sign in’.
3. Click ‘Reset password’.
4. Type in the email address your account is registered with.
5. Click ‘Sent reset email’.

6. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
7. Return to the Booost app or web app.
8. Fill in your email and the temporary password.
9. Click ‘Sign in’.

To keep your account secure, you should always change your password after resetting it and using a temporary password. You can do this through the ‘Account’ view using the instructions below.

To change your password

1. Click ‘Account’ or the icon of a person on the navigation bar.
2. Scroll to ‘Settings’.
3. Click ‘Account settings’.
4. Click ‘Change password’.

5. Type in your current password, and your new password.
6. Click ‘Save’.
7. Your password has now been saved.
