How do I close my account?
Your account can be closed through the ‘Account’ view of the mobile or web app.
Once your account has been closed the process cannot be reversed.
If you have deleted your account in error please get in touch with support@booosteducation.com within 28 days.
To close your account:
- Choose ‘Account’.
- Under the heading ‘Settings', choose ‘Account settings’.
- Scroll down and click ‘Close my account’.
- A prompt will appear asking you to confirm you would like to close your account.
- Click ‘Close my account’.
