How do I set up and manage Reach out?

Reach out can be accessed through the mobile app on a device with SMS, RCS, or iMessage capability. To set up reach out you will need to allow Booost to access your mobile device ‘Contacts’, and follow the steps below.

Adding new Reach out Contacts

1. Open the Booost app or webapp.
2. Click ‘Account’ or the icon of a person on the navigation bar.
3. Scroll to ‘Settings’.
4. Click ‘Reach out contacts’.

5. From here you can choose the contacts you would like to add.
6. Click ‘+ Add contact’.
7. Click on the contact you would like to add.
8. Click on the ‘+’ next to the phone number you would like to add.
9. Click the back button in the top left-hand corner to return to the contacts list.
10. You can repeat steps 7 to 9 to add additional contacts.
11. When you are finished adding contacts, click the back button in the top left-hand corner to return to 'Reach out Contacts'
12. Click ‘Save’ to add the chosen contacts to your ‘Reach out contacts’.
