How do I set up and manage reach out?

In the Booost app, Reach Out makes it easy to connect with people in your support network when you need a little extra encouragement or accountability. You can share what you're working on directly from the app and let others support you in achieving your goals.

Reach Out is available exclusively in the Booost mobile app.

Once you have set up your contact list and message in the Reach out settings, Reach out to have your message and chosen contacts automatically filled into an SMS, RCS, or iMessage.

To send a Reach Out message:

Open the Booost app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the task you'd like to share with your support network.
Under the task, tap Reach Out.
Select one or more recipients from your pre-configured support contact list.
Add a personal message if you'd like to provide additional context.
Tap Send to share the task and your message with your chosen recipient(s).

Note: Reach Out messages can only be sent from within a task and are only available in the Booost mobile app.
