How to use Reach out

Before you can use Reach out, you will need to set it up in your Booost app settings, see the article below:

In the Booost app, Reach out provides a quick way to contact one or more people in your support system when you need support.

Once you have set up your contact list and message in the Reach out settings, Reach out to have your message and chosen contacts automatically filled into an SMS, RCS, or iMessage.

To send a Reach out message

  1. Open the Booost app on a mobile device.
  2. Click on ‘Support’ or the rocket icon.
  3. Click ‘Reach out now’ in the ‘Support’ view.

To choose contacts to add to Reach out or edit the default message, follow the instructions here.

  1. Tap the name of the contacts you would like to send the message to.
  2. If you want to edit the Reach out message, tap into the ‘Your message’ text box.
  3. Click ‘Send to _ recipient(s)’.
  4. This will auto-fill the message and contact details in an SMS, RCS, or iMessage.
  5. Click send on the SMS, RCS, or iMessage.
