How to use Reach out


Reach out lets you share a task with someone in your support network, so they can help you stay on track. You choose an app you already have, like WhatsApp, text, or email, to send it.

Reach out works the same way on the Booost app and on the web.

To share a task using Reach out

  1. Open the Booost app or the Booost web app.
  2. Go to the task you want to share.
  3. Tap 'Reach out'.
  4. Draft your message.
  5. Tap 'Share now'.
  6. Choose how you want to send it – for example WhatsApp, text, or email.
  7. Send your message from there.
