How to use Reflect

Reflect on your day allows you to track how you feel throughout the week with mood icons and notes, see your number of completed tasks, and work out where extra support or strategies could be helpful.

There are lots of ways to use ‘Reflect on your day’:

  • Track your mood and wellbeing
  • Track reflections for a group project or placement
  • Track new study skills or strategies and if they are useful for you

To Reflect on Your Day:

You can access Reflect on Your Day in two ways:

Option 1: From the Home page.

Option 2: Tap the rocket icon and select Reflect on Your Day.

  1. Choose a mood icon and click ‘Continue’.
  2. Click the text box, and type in any notes.
  3. Click ‘Continue’.
  4. If you don't add any notes, click ‘Skip’.
  5. Once you have completed your Reflection, you can choose to 'Look ahead' to see upcoming events.

How to delete a Reflect entry

  1. Click on ‘Support’ or the rocket icon.
  2. Click on ‘Look back'.
  3. Click on the Reflect entry you would like to delete.
  4. Click 'Delete note'
  5. Confirm you would like to delete the item on the pop up.
