How to use Reflect

Reflect on your day allows you to track how you feel throughout the week with mood icons and notes, see your number of completed tasks, and work out where extra support or strategies could be helpful.

There are lots of ways to use ‘Reflect on your day’:

  • Track your mood and wellbeing
  • Track reflections for a group project or placement
  • Track new study skills or strategies and if they are useful for you

To ‘Reflect on your day’

  1. Open the Booost app.
  2. Click on 'Support’ or the rocket icon.

You can also ‘Reflect on your day’ from the button on the ‘Home’ view.

  1. Choose a mood icon and click ‘Continue’.
  2. Click the text box, and type in any notes.
  3. Click ‘Continue’.
  4. If you don't add any notes, click ‘Skip’.
  5. Once you have completed your Reflection, you can choose to 'Look ahead' to see upcoming events.
