Learner Resources

Learner Resources are guides, videos, and toolkits written by specialists. They help you build new skills and strategies, and get advice when you need it.

To open Learner Resources

  1. Select 'Account' (the person icon) on the navigation bar. On web: 'Account' is at the bottom of the left-hand panel.
  2. Select the purple 'Learner Resources' button.

This works the same way on the app and on the web.

Reading a guide

Each guide has a short summary at the top, then advice broken into sections or steps. Depending on the guide, you can also:

  • Listen to the guide using 'Listen to this article'.
  • Watch a related video.

Finding what you need

Use the 'Search topics' bar to look for a specific topic. You can also browse by category, using the menu in the top right corner or the buttons on the Learner Resources home page.
