What are the Learner Resource categories?

In Learner Resources, you can find the Study Skills, Productivity, Wellbeing, and Toolkits content categories. You can also access ‘Emergency Help’ through ‘Learner Resources’, you can learn more about this in the How to use Emergency contacts article.

The four content categories

Each content category is broken down into topics, and you can see what each contains below:

Study Skills

In ‘Study skills’, you can find guides on common situations you may encounter or skills to help you in your education, such as:

  • Learning scenarios, like lessons, lectures and classes, or practicals,
  • Types of study, like reading and research, or revision,
  • Pieces of work, such as exams and assessments or presentations.

Productivity

In ‘Productivity’, you can find guides on improving your productivity, such as:

  • Skills and strategies for time management or prioritisation,
  • Guides on technology and how you can use it,
  • Other skills like routines and habits and how to build them.

Wellbeing

In ‘Wellbeing’, you can find guides on managing your wellbeing:

  • Guides on managing anxiety or overwhelm,
  • Information on managing life outside of education,
  • Grounding and meditation exercises.
