Help! What do I do if I can't find a calendar link for my university timetable?
In order to connect a calendar to Booost, you will need to be able to access it through a public calendar link in a .ics/iCal format.
Some institutions will have information on their website on finding the public calendar link for your academic calendar. If there isn't information on your institution's website, I've put an email template below you can send to your IT or Timetabling department to assist you with this:
Dear _____,
I have been given a software called Booost as part of my Disabled Students Allowance funding. Booost is a government approved app which is used for time management and wellbeing.
For Booost to connect to my academic calendar, it requires a public link in an .ical/.ics format, and this must remain public for Booost to sync any changes from my academic calendar.
Can you please advise me on whether I can share my calendar externally in this format?
Best wishes, _______
