Activating your Booost Account

Before you can start using your Booost, you will need to activate your account, check out the article below to see how:

Activating your Account

You will receive an email with your licence key - click the button that says ‘Activate your account’. This will take you to our Booost Activation page.

Here, you can copy and paste your activation code, fill in your name and email, and create a password for your account.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you can log into your account and get started with Booost!

What if I haven't received an email?

If you are a DSA student, you should have placed your order with your Assistive Technology Service Provider before getting in touch.

If you haven't received an email with your licence key and details:

  • If you are a DSA or direct purchase customer, please get in touch with our Technical Support team.
  • If your school or university has directly provided you with a Luna licence, please contact the staff member who organises your licences.
  • If you aren't sure who to get in touch with, please contact our Technical Support team, and they can help!

Manually Activating your Account

If you would prefer, you can also manually activate your account. You will need the following:

You can find your activation code in your emails by searching ‘Activate your Booost account’.

  1. Open the Booost app or Booost web app.
  2. Click ‘Activate account’.
  3. Copy and paste your licence key into the ‘Licence key’ field.
  4. Click ‘Next’.
  5. Enter your first name. You can change this at any time in ‘Account’.
  6. Enter the email address where you received the licence key.
  7. Click ‘Next’.
  8. Choose your password, and check that both passwords match.
  9. Click ‘Finish’.

What can I do if I can't activate my account?

If you are having trouble activating your account, you can follow the troubleshooting below:

  1. Check that the email entered is correct. Remove any capitalisation, check spelling, and ensure this is the email your licence key email was sent to.
  2. Check that your licence code is correct. Check for capitalisation and remove any spaces before or after the code.
  3. If you still need help activating your account after this, you can contact our Technical Support team to help you get activated.
