What is Booost?

Booost is an app that supports students to manage their time and prioritise their wellbeing. You can keep track of your tasks and events across all devices, access features to help you balance wellbeing, learn new study and productivity skills, build good habits, and find further support when you need it.

Built on the three O's: Organise, Optimise, Overcome.

Organise:

  • Break down, prioritise, and track your tasks
  • See where you need to be by seeing all your events in one place
  • Connect external calendars and sync them to Booost to see any changes
  • Get reminders to help you hit deadlines

Optimise:

  • Use ‘Booost your Day’ to prioritise your time and see when you are most productive
  • ‘Focus on Tasks’ to choose when to tackle tasks and get suggestions on what to do
  • ‘Focus on Wellbeing’ to take the time to look after yourself or take a break
  • ‘Reflect on your day’ to support your wellbeing

Overcome:

  • Use checklists to break down tasks
  • Get expert Study Skills, Productivity, and Wellbeing advice with ‘Learner Resources’
  • Access disability-specific information in Toolkits written by specialists
  • Use mindfulness and grounding exercises from our ‘Take a Minute’ series
