Reflect
Reflect is a quick check-in at the end of the day – how did today go? Over time it builds a picture of how you're getting on, which makes it easier to spot what's working and where you might want more support.
Some ways students use it:
- Keeping track of how you're feeling day to day
- Following how a group project or placement is going
- Testing whether a new study strategy is actually helping
- Select the sun icon on the navigation bar.
- Scroll to 'Reflect'.
- Choose how your day went – 'Good progress', 'Some progress' or 'Got stuck'.
- Add what helped today, if you'd like to.
- Add what got in the way, if you'd like to.
- Select 'Continue', or 'Skip' if you'd rather not add notes.
On web: select 'Reflect' in the left-hand panel.
There's no wrong answer here. A day where you got stuck is just as worth recording as a good one – often more so, because that's where the useful patterns show up.
Delete a reflection
- Open Look back.
- Select the reflection you'd like to delete.
- Select 'Delete note'.
