How to use Learner Resources

Learner Resources are a range of guides, videos, and toolkits written by specialists to help you build new skills and strategies, and get advice when you need it.

How can I use the Learner Resources articles?

You can access Learner Resources through the purple ‘Learner Resources’ button on the ‘Account’ page in both the Booost app and web version.

Each guide includes a summary at the top, followed by advice broken down into sections or steps to help you apply strategies to your learning and daily routines.

Depending on the resource, you can:

• Read the article
• Listen to the article using the ‘Listen to this article’ button
• Watch a related video

How do I find articles that are useful to me?

Find topics and articles using the 'Search topics' search bar, and by exploring collections using the menu in the top right-hand corner or though the buttons on the Learner Resources home page.
