Reset or change your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen. If you know your current password and just want to change it, you can do that in 'Account'.

Reset your password

1. Open Booost. On web: go to app.mybooost.com.
2. Select 'Sign in'.
3. Select 'Reset password'.
4. Enter the email address your account is registered with.
5. Select 'Send reset email'.
6. Check your inbox for an email with a temporary password.
7. Return to Booost and enter your email address and the temporary password.
8. Select 'Sign in'.

After signing in with a temporary password, change it straight away to keep your account secure. Use the steps below.

Change your password

1. Select 'Account' (the person icon) on the navigation bar. On web: 'Account' is at the bottom of the left-hand panel.
2. Select 'Account settings'.
3. Select 'Change password'.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Select 'Save'.
