Update the Booost app

If Booost isn't working as expected, updating to the latest version can often fix the problem.

Moving to Booost 4.0 on Android

On Android, Booost 4.0 is a separate app rather than an update to the one you have. You'll need to download it from the Google Play Store – see Download the Booost app.

Your account and everything in it stays as it is, so nothing is lost when you remove the old app.

On iOS, Booost updates in the usual way through the App Store.

How to update:

On iOS

1. Find the Booost app on your device.
2. Press and hold the app icon.
3. Select 'Delete app'.
4. Confirm you want to delete the app.
5. Go to the Booost app on the App Store.
6. Select the install icon to download Booost.
7. Open Booost and sign in to your account.

On Android

1. Find the Booost app on your device.
2. Press and hold the app icon.
3. Select 'Uninstall'.
4. Confirm you want to uninstall the app.
5. Go to the New Booost app on the Google Play Store.
6. Select 'Install' to download Booost.
7. Open Booost and sign in to your account.

• Restart your device before reinstalling Booost.
• Check your device is updated to the most recent version of its operating system.
• Check your device meets the system requirements for Booost.
