Help! What do I do if my connected calendar isn't syncing?

If your connected calendar isn't syncing, it can be due to:

  • The external calendar's permissions have changed
  • Something went wrong during the calendar connection

Often, deleting and reconnecting a connected calendar will resolve issues with syncing. You can do this by following the instructions below.

To delete a ‘Connected calendar’

  1. Click on the calendar you would like to delete.
  2. Click ‘Disconnect calendar’.
  3. Choose if you would like to ‘Keep past events’ or ‘Remove all events’.
  4. The calendar has been disconnected from Booost.
