Help! What do I do if my connected calendar isn't syncing?
If your connected calendar isn't syncing, it can be due to:
- The external calendar's permissions have changed
- Something went wrong during the calendar connection
Often, deleting and reconnecting a connected calendar will resolve issues with syncing. You can do this by following the instructions below.
To delete a ‘Connected calendar’
- Click on the calendar you would like to delete.
- Click ‘Disconnect calendar’.
- Choose if you would like to ‘Keep past events’ or ‘Remove all events’.
- The calendar has been disconnected from Booost.
