Manage your subscription

If you pay for Booost yourself, you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Paddle.

If you got Booost through Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA), your licence isn't a subscription, so there's nothing to manage or cancel here.

Open your subscription dashboard

1. Go to Account, then select Account settings.
2. Under Account status, find your plan. It shows your plan type, its status and your next renewal date.
3. Select Manage subscription.

Cancel your subscription

1. Open your subscription dashboard using the steps above.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Select Cancel subscription.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't close your Booost account. To close your account, see Close your account.
