How do I reconnect a disabled connected calendar?

If a connected calendar fails to sync, Booost will disable the calendar to notify you that the calendar is not up to date. Syncing for a calendar can fail for a number of reasons, such as a calendar being deleted externally to Booost or your academic institution removing the option for calendar sharing.

If a calendar has been disabled, you can choose to delete or reconnect the calendar.

To reconnect a connected calendar

  1. Open the Booost app or webapp.
  2. Click ‘Account’ or the icon of a person on the navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to ‘Settings’.
  4. Click ‘Connected calendars’.
  5. Click on the disabled connected calendar.
  6. Click ‘Disconnect calendar’.
  7. Choose if you would like to ‘Keep past events’ or ‘Remove all events’.
  8. Reconnect the calendar by following the instructions for the calendar type.
