Help! What do I do if I'm having trouble connecting my calendar?

If you're having trouble connecting your calendar, first take a look at the information about connecting calendars to Booost here:

You can resolve common issues by:

  • Checking that the calendar link has not already been connected to Booost.
  • Checking that your calendar link remains public after being connected.
  • Checking that the permissions for the calendar have not been changed, if the calendar is managed by your institution.
  • Check that the calendar link does not require authentication, such as logging into a university system, to be accessed through a third-party calendar app.
